THE RING was born from the collaboration between the young and talented pastry chef Amaury Guichon and the creativity of the Silikomart Professional's designers.

Amaury Guichon

Amaury Guichon is a young cosmopolitan pastry chef. He is french as well as his training, he started from the École Lenôtre in Paris where he studied and refined his techniques over the years. In 2010 he won the title "Best Apprentice Chef of France".

In 2013, he qualified for the participation to the Tv show "Qui sera le prochain grand pâtissier?" and there he had the opportunity to complete his training under the lead of Christophe Michalak,

Christophe Adam, Pierre Marcolini and Philippe Urraca.


After his performance on TV, he started working as Chef de Partie at Jean Philippe Pâtisserie,

located in the prestigious "Aria" resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.


In 2016, Amaury started posting his creations on social media and

immediately he got a great visibility, reaching tens of millions of views. Today  he is an internationally renowned pastry chef and pastry consultant of and he organizes professional master classes all over the world,

increasing day by day his media coverage and success with over 1 million followers.

The Ring

The Ring kit is composed by a silicone multiform mould which allows to create six semifreddo or baked preparations of 65 ml each, a multiform mould suitable to create six inserts and decorations (13 ml each) and a practical double-use cutter to make original inserts and /or bases.


A single kit that releases the professional’s creativity and allows him to shape different preparations: individual portions, plate desserts or original desserts to go.
